Booking requests
The form on this website sends us a booking request. It is not a confirmed reservation. Your booking is confirmed only when our team confirms availability with you by email or WhatsApp.
Prices and details
The price, itinerary, meeting point and start time of your tour or transfer are confirmed in our reply to your request.
Payment
We do not take payments on this website. Payment arrangements are agreed directly with you when we confirm your booking.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your tour or transfer. For cancellations made later than that, please contact us and we will review your situation.
Changes on our side
Weather, road conditions, safety or other circumstances outside our control may require us to change or reschedule a tour. If that happens we will contact you as soon as possible to agree an alternative.
