Horizon Time (“we”, “us”) is a Morocco-based provider of private tours, desert excursions and airport transfers. Our website is https://horizon-time.com. You can contact us at contact@horizon-time.com.
What we collect
When you send a booking request through our form we collect your full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, number of travellers, preferred tour date, the tour or service you selected and any notes you choose to add. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp we also receive the details you send us. Like most websites, we also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your request, confirm availability, organise your tour or transfer and communicate with you about it. We also use technical information to keep the site secure, prevent spam and understand how the site is used.
Who receives it
Your request is received by our team by email and stored in our website administration. We rely on service providers to run the site: Hostinger (hosting and email) and Google (Google Analytics, through the Site Kit plugin). If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to that conversation. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments
We do not collect payments or card details on this website.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests only as long as needed to handle your request, run your tour and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing contact@horizon-time.com. We handle personal data in line with applicable data protection laws, including Moroccan Law 09-08 and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
