This Privacy Policy explains how Horizon Time collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use horizon-time.com, contact us, or book a tour, excursion or transfer with us.

1. Who We Are (Data Controller)
Horizon Time is a travel agency based in Marrakech, Morocco, operating private day excursions, multi-day desert circuits and airport/intercity transfers. Horizon Time is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through this website, email, WhatsApp and telephone communications.

2. Legal Basis & Applicable Law
We process personal data in accordance with Morocco's Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data (supervised by the CNDP — Commission Nationale de Contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère personnel) and, for visitors located in the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (organising and delivering your booking), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, improving our services, keeping business records), and consent (analytics cookies and marketing messages).

4. How We Use Your Data
- Confirming, organising and delivering your booking — including assigning drivers, guides and vehicles
- Coordinating pickup logistics (hotel or riad, airport meet & greet, flight tracking)
- Responding to your enquiries and quote requests
- Issuing invoices and keeping legally required business and tax records
- Improving our website, tours and customer service
- Sending offers or follow-up messages by email or WhatsApp — only where you have consented or where you are an existing customer, and always with a way to opt out
5. Who We Share It With
We share only what is needed to deliver your trip, and we never sell your personal data.

6. International Transfers
Your data is primarily processed in Morocco. Where we use services such as Google Analytics, data may be transferred to the United States or other countries; such services rely on their own legal safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

- Erasure — ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention duties
- Object — opt out of processing based on legitimate interest or marketing
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format where applicable
- Withdraw consent — for analytics cookies or marketing, at any time, without affecting prior processing
9. Cookies

10. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, restricted access to booking records, and no storage of payment card details.
11. Children
Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 16; children's details included in a family booking are provided by the adult making the booking.
